Hobson R. Reynolds NC Civil Rights Trail Marker Dedication

A dedication ceremony for a marker on the N.C. Civil Rights Trail commemorating Hobson R. Reynolds will be held at noon on October 19 in Winton, NC. The event will take place at the Hobson R. Reynolds Elks National Shrine. The Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World is hosting the dedication. Chowan Discovery Group nominated the marker.
